The Banking Directive Implementation and Bureaucracy Relief Act (BRUBEG) aims to implement the Capital Requirements Directive VI (CRD VI) into German law, including - Transposition of CRD VI - Cross-Border Banking - ESG Risks Comments focus on coherent transposition of the provisions of the draft bill relating to the transposition into German law of new Articles 21c and 47 of Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD) added by Directive (EU) 2024/1619 (CRD6).
