Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) Inc ("GEAPP Inc") is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, organized and operated solely for charitable and educational purposes as defined in Sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. GEAPP Inc is committed to alleviating poverty by providing access to clean and reliable energy for people with inadequate access to it and accelerating an equitable energy transition that averts further global warming. To advance these goals, GEAPP Inc focuses on implementing transformative projects that will accelerate and scale a just energy transition in emerging and developing countries. GEAPP UK Limited ("GEAPP UK") is the UK subsidiary of GEAPP Inc and assists GEAPP Inc, among other things, in developing and executing the vision and mission of GEAPP Inc (including its group companies) and providing recommendations on short- and long-term strategies including potential capital deployment opportunities and research, due diligence, as well as the preparation of proposals and program development for potential capital deployment opportunities for GEAPP Inc. GEAPP UK's advocacy is limited to interaction and coordination within the framework of the Accelerated Partnerships for Renewables, a program supported by the Federal Republic of Germany and funded by GEAPP Inc. Within the framework of the existing exchange, further opportunities for cooperation may arise.
